QUALITY
TraceabilityWhen purchasing in the open market, a buyer never knows where, who, and under what conditions their parts were handled prior to purchasing. At PRIME Commodity Group, before we take on any sourcing and/or testing project we research thoroughly the background of the device and where it has been. 
VerifyOnce we verify your products have the proper history and traceability, we then take the necessary steps to verify condition prior to arrival, and then verify again via our stringent incoming inspection process at all shipping points.
Visual Inspection/Testing Even when everything looks perfect prior to arrival, there is still risk if not obtained from an authorized source directly. PRIME Commodity Groups reduces this risk for its OEM/EMS customers. During incoming inspection, components are matched to chip maker datasheet specifications, for dimensions and electrical/functional performance. No components ship until all requirements are met, and reports are provided to OEM/EMS customers in advance for review.
